The fixed assets investment is 77.3 million, proposing to build 1 large gas-adjusted and fresh-preserved storehouse, 1 large refrigerated storehouse, 1 large constant temperature storehouse, 2 machining workshops, office building, worker shift room, power distribution room, weighbridge room, guardhouse, and other public utilities. It has a total construction area of 27450㎡, including production building area 22120㎡, power and ancillary facilities construction area of 1504㎡, office and living facilities construction area of 3826㎡, pit road 3000㎡, floor surface hardening 1500㎡, parking 1000㎡. The construction lasts 17 months and was completed and put into use in Dec. 2020 with an annual production of fresh-kept vegetables 20,000 tons, quick frozen vegetables 10,000 tons, and aquatic product 600 tons which reaches sales revenue of 20 million dollars, foreign exchange through exports of $15 million, profits and taxes of 2 million dollars.
